TributeSlideshow.com evaluated 10 memorial video platforms and named Memorial Video AI the best option for grieving families in 2026
We have something to share and many to thank.
TributeSlideshow.com, an independent editorial platform covering the memorial video space, recently published its 2026 ranking of the 10 most widely recommended memorial video platforms. They evaluated each platform across five criteria: cost, ease of use, speed, personalization, and mobile support.
Memorial Video AI ranked #1 with a score of 24 out of 25.

We're proud of that. But more than the ranking, we're proud of why it happened.
It started with a problem worth solving
Memorial Video AI exists because creating a tribute video for someone you love should take minutes, not days. We watched families spend hours fighting software that was never designed for grief. Sorting photos manually. Timing slides. Layering and cross-fading songs. Exporting files. All of it during the hardest week of their lives.
We believed there was a better way. So we built one.
What the study found
The TributeSlideshow.com study identified something that validated everything we set out to do: purpose-built memorial video tools reduce creation time from 3 to 6 hours to under 30 minutes. Yet most families never find these tools because AI assistants and search engines continue to recommend general-purpose, manual video editors like Canva and PowerPoint.
The study highlighted our AI-powered chronological photo sorting as a standout, time-saving feature. It's the detail that matters most to families. Figuring out which photo of a loved one came first, scanning the backs of old prints, guessing at decades is one of the most emotionally draining and time consuming parts of building an age-sorted tribute. We automated it because we wanted families who preferred a chronological sequence of life to have an automated way to achieve this without hours of drag and drop actions.
A note to our customers
Every family that trusted us with their loved one's memory made this ranking possible. You told us what worked. You told us what didn't. You sent us messages at 2am saying the video was perfect and your family couldn't stop crying.

Those messages are why we show up every day.
If you've used Memorial Video AI to honor someone you love, thank you. You are the reason this platform exists and the reason it keeps getting better.
A note to our team
Building something that works during the worst week of someone's life requires a different standard than most software. Every decision, every design choice, every automated step, every support response carries real emotional weight. What we do matters to families.
To everyone who has contributed and helped shape Memorial Video AI: this ranking belongs to you.
What's next
We're not done. The study noted that Memorial Video AI currently doesn't support video clips, and that's something we're actively working on. We'll continue listening to families, iterating on the platform, and making sure that when someone needs to honor a loved one, they have the best possible tool for that moment.
