Q: How long does a full batch of 250 photos take to be age-sorted? A: We ask that you allow 30 minutes for the photo tagging to complete. Most families see photo age-tagging finish within 15 minutes. Please contact Team@Celebrife.com if more than 40 minutes has passed, since you provided both training photos and clicked the upload complete form.

Q: What happens if I upload more than 250 photos? A: Our CeleSort offering allows for age-tagging of up to 250 photos. If we detect more than 250 photos, we will send an email encouraging the user to (1) delete excess photos or (2) purchase an additional package to handle the overflow. If we do not hear from the user within 48 hours, we will age-tag the first 250 photos, sorting them by name in ascending order.

Q: What photo file formats do you accept? A: Sort By Age is highly accommodating to all major photo file types. We can process JPG, JPEG, PNG, HEIC. Note, our returned files will convert any HEIC files to JPG and will down-convert photos in excess of XGB to YGB in file sizes to enable processing.

Q: What if I don’t have all my pictures in one place? Can I upload photos from different sources at different times? A: It is common for loved ones to gather photos, even taking pictures to capture parts of a life- legacy for a memorial video. Our process allows families to take the time needed and upload photos in multiple formats on multiple upload batches. We email a form with the DropBox location and a “button” to notify our team that you are upload-complete. Age-sequencing steps begin after this you let us know you are done uploading photos.

Q: What if I’m not sure exactly which photos I want to use in the memorial slide show? A: Narrowing the highlight film of your lost loved one is a difficult process. We have set the photo limit at 250 photos (most slide shows have between 80 and 150 photos); This photo count allows for some “extras” to be age tagged. Our advice is to: 1. Narrow your albums to your favorite 250 photos, 2. Allow Sort By Age to age tag them, and then 3. Sort and make final selections as needed until you have a perfect set of remembrance photos.

Q: How should I edit my PowerPoint or GoogleSlides doc? A: Customers have options on how and where they edit slideshows. (1) Easiest option is to edit the document in the link provided (OneDrive or Google Drive) or (2) users can copy or export the document an send us the edited copy for video conversion when they have finalized it.

Q: Why do I need to validate frequent faces in step two? A: Most family photos have multiple people in them. Our algorithm pays special attention to your loved ones face, and uses age predictions from multiple faces to for the best age-sorting possible.

Q: How long does Memorial Video AI keep my photos? How can I be sure they are not misused? A: Our business is built on trust and we hold privacy as a core tenant of this service. Photos will be stored on a privately shared album within the DropBox, Google or Microsoft infrastructure for 14-days from age-tagging complete. After 10-days we provide you a final warning to download any tagged photos, and on day 15 your photos are permanently deleted from our servers.

Include your email, loved one name, and image names where the age-tagging is not satisfactory. AI-driven age estimation is not perfect. Our team will open an investigation-case, and if we determine that more than 30% of clear photos were materially mis-tagged, we will issue a full refund. We strive for fully satisfied customers.
